On The Water

Grant partners with some of Sydney's finest charter vessels to deliver extraordinary dining experiences on the harbour. From intimate superyacht dinners to large-scale corporate cruises, every menu is designed around the vessel, the occasion, and the season.

The menus move with the harbour: fresh seafood sourced that morning from Grant's trusted line fishermen, seasonal produce from local farming contacts, and dishes designed to match the pace and atmosphere of being on the water. Think Sydney rock oysters with house-made mignonette. Seared scallops with coastal herbs. King prawn tempura with yuzu and chilli. Whole roasted fish with native botanicals.

Grant has cooked a nine-course tasting menu for 15 guests in a yacht kitchenette and left the client calling it the best dining experience of their life. Space is never the problem when you have 30 years of problem-solving behind you.

Harbourside Venues and Waterfront Properties

If your event is on land but facing the water, Smile Catering delivers the same level of service. We work with waterfront venues, harbourside restaurants and private homes across Sydney's harbour.
