Grant King, who leads Smile Catering, is one of the most awarded chefs in Australian history. He built Gastro Park, earning two chef hats and the Gault and Millau Chef of the Year title with a score of 18 out of 20. Chef hats are Australia's most prestigious restaurant rating, awarded by the Good Food Guide. Three hats is the highest possible rating, given to fewer than a dozen restaurants in the country in any given year. It is the Australian equivalent of three Michelin stars. Smile Catering is based in eastern suburbs but services all of Sydney including the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, and CBD. We regularly cater in premium areas including Vaucluse, Double Bay, Mosman, Point Piper, and Bellevue Hill. We also travel for destination events in the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, and beyond.

Luxury weddings, corporate events and boardroom catering, cocktail parties, private dining, Sydney Harbour yacht events, milestone celebrations, engagement parties, product launches, and Christmas functions. Every event is designed individually around the occasion.

For weddings and large events, three to six months is recommended, particularly for peak season dates. Corporate events and private dinners can often be arranged with shorter notice. December and wedding season dates fill quickly, so earlier enquiry is always advised.
