Grant King led The Pier Restaurant to three chef hats, held for five consecutive years, and a place on the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants. Then he did the thing everyone told him was reckless. He left the security of a celebrated three-hat kitchen and opened his own restaurant, Gastro Park, with no backing and no safety net. It earned two chef hats and made him Gault and Millau Chef of the Year with a score of 18 out of 20.
That is the difference. These accreditations are not on a company profile because Grant once worked in a building where someone else earned them. They exist because Grant earned them himself, twice, in two different kitchens he led.

This is not the usual arancini balls, average buffet or reheated trays of food. Every menu is built from scratch around your event, the season, and the produce Grant sources personally from the fishermen and farmers he has worked with for three decades.
A canape might be smoked lobster with caviar, or beef tartare on a crisp potato galette. A wedding course might be line-caught kingfish with finger lime and native coastal herbs. A degustation might move through eight courses that each feel like they belong in a hatted restaurant, because the person who designed them ran one.
